Who Qualifies for the 2026 Cohort?
The selection panel uses rigid merit, character, and impact guidelines to screen candidates. To make the shortlist, you must meet the following baseline requirements:
- Location: You must be a legal United States citizen currently living and actively making a measurable community impact within the St. Louis metropolitan area.
- Age Bracket: Most selected delegates fall between the ages of 18 and 30. However, applicants over 30 will still be fully considered if they can demonstrate exceptional personal impact and community initiative.
- Core Track Record: Candidates must show clear examples of leadership, including the ability to mobilize others, collaborate across diverse cultural boundaries, and drive outcomes that align directly with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Because the global selection committee filters thousands of profiles, your submission must align with strict review parameters:
- Authentic Voice Only: The evaluation guidelines strictly state that submissions generated using ChatGPT or automated AI writing software will be flagged and disqualified. The committee relies heavily on hearing your genuine, personal narrative.
