What’s expected of you as a leader:

• You call the shots: You must be the primary decision-maker (think Founder, Co-Founder, CEO, COO, or Executive Director).
• You are all in: You have to be working full-time on running your social enterprise.
• You want to grow: You need to show that you are genuinely eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to be coached.

What’s expected of your enterprise:

• Track record: Your venture needs to have been up and running for at least two years. (Though if you are earlier stage, they still encourage you to apply so they can look at you for other support programs).
• A real team: You need to employ at least two full-time, paid employees and yes, you can count yourself as one of them.
• Impact first: Your business can be for-profit, non-profit, or a hybrid. The only rule is that your core mission has to be about making a positive impact on society, not just making money.
• Focus areas: They look at all great innovations, but they give special preference to businesses tackling financial inclusion, the environment, education, economic mobility, and healthcare.

The Selection Timeline

The selection process is broken down into three main phases to see if you and your business are a good fit.

• Phase 1: The Initial Application (June 1 – June 30, 2026) This is your baseline application. Make sure to get it in before the June deadline just to pass the basic eligibility screening.
• Phase 2: The Deep Dive Questionnaire (July 10 – August 11, 2026) If you make the shortlist, you will fill out an intensive questionnaire. This is where you talk about your personal leadership journey, your mission, your financials, and how you plan to scale.
• Phase 3: The Virtual Interview (September 8 – October 24, 2026) Finalists will jump on an online interview with the Global Good Fund selection committee to see how coachable you are and chat about your long-term goals for making a difference.
